[BRLTTY] BRLTTY for Cygwin

Yes, I've downloaded the svn version of brltty. After doing
./configure, I was told that I don't have tclX. I've installed all
cygwin packages, so I supose tclX isn't part of the full installation
of cygwin. I therefore downloaded tclX, but while ding ./configure
from the tclX/unix dir, I got: Cannot find tcl configuration
definitions.

Do you know how I can solve this problem?
