[BRLTTY] Thanks to Dave for Inka support

I would like to thank Dave publicly for all of his diligent work in 
improving the BRLTTY Baum driver to support the Inka braille display. 
This effort has included much exchange of e-mail, careful reading of 
documentation and packet logs, and of course, coding. Various bugs also 
had to be tracked down along the way.

We can now add the Inka to the impressive list of braille displays 
supported by BRLTTY.
