[BRLTTY] brltty for freedombox

Hi all.
Mike K. posted some of this discussion on the list for linux  
freedombox users. we got a response back from Matt campbell (yes the  
same Matt campbell who did trplayer) and they are hoping to have  
braille support by the end of the year. Not sure what they are  
planning to use for Windows but they will be using brlapi for the  
linux braille support.
