does anyone on here actualy has one of these and if yes what's your
opinion?

And for the brltty-team are these actually supported?
I read they have i.e. a switch-to-internal-battery mode when your laptop
losses ac-power, is this also supported under linux or is this simply a
hardware-feature and thus doesn't need OS-support.
