[BRLTTY] cursor handling

hi all,

I run brltty 3.7 on FreeBSD current with:
 - the screen (sc) driver,
 - the ts driver, (vario 40 or powerbraille 40),
on a laptop, and a desktop.
I can move around, on screen, which means that brltty receives the keypressed;
But i can not move the cursor at all, on any machine, and with any device,
and the switches do not work too.

Any idea would be welcome to help fixing this issue.
