[BRLTTY] Info about browser

Hello Sauro,

I use Links version 2. http://links.twibright.com

As a braille user, I've found that Links is the easiest browser to use. It 
handles most sites where Javascript is being used. However, for some 
reason, it doesn't work with some banks and airlines.
