[BRLTTY] OCR software

Hi,
I'm trying to read stuff via a scanner.
On Redhat linux I use sane-backends with imageMaker.
The OCR software I tried is ocrad gocr and claraocr, but it's very
difficult to get good results.
Can anyone suggest other command-line OCR packages?
Or provice tips how to do this under Linux???
