[BRLTTY] Typing/reading braille combinations

Ok, I updated http://brl.thefreecat.org/linux-brl-console.tgz

The setbrlkeys program now

- sets the pause key (yes, the one that the topright corner) as a
  "braille lock" key, for activating the bindings below ;
- sets 01456+ to dots 321456
- by default, sets [qa]sdfjkl[m;] to dots 73214568
- if given parameter -l, sets [qa]sdfbv to dots 321456
- if given parameter -r, sets jbnkl[m;] to dots 123456
