Well, I actually don't know what is intuive :)
Maybe there was some typo in some mail that made me thought it would be
better for the thumb to have dot 5 on b and dot 6 on v, since for the
thumb, b would be "above" v.

This is really easy to change. People, just tell me how to bind things
:)
