[BRLTTY] can't start brltty in the live-CD grml

I think your problem is that the default device has changed from the first
serial port to USB. Please try adding the option: -d ttyS0

Which man pages still document the old driver codes? I just checked brltty's
man page, and it's list of drivers is up-to-date.
