[BRLTTY] [PATCH] Bootdisks/README.Debian.fd

Hello,

I'm pleased to submit a patch for Bootdisks/README.Debian.fd.  A lot
of work has been done regarding both Debian-Installer and BRLTTY to
reach such a straight-forward Braille activation in Debian Etch
installation procedure.

Please also consider svn mv'ing Bootdisks/README.Debian.fd to
Bootdisks/README.Debian as content isn't floppy-specific anymore.
