[BRLTTY] Contraction error: good-by

Brltty build 2366:

Using grade 2 braille, the "by" in good-by is written up close to the next 
word in this sentence:

I said good-by to her.

I've submitted correction lines before and received no response whatever. 
I'd gladly do so again if an acknowledgement were forthcoming.
