[BRLTTY] Contraction error: poleax

Hi all,

Poleax should not use the e-a sign. Below are some examples taken from books 
I have on my computer.

How can I contribute maximally to brltty? I'd be glad to send patches if 
that would make things easier than mere reports.

Note that both poleax and poleaxe are miscontracted.
