[BRLTTY] Computer braille [Was: Contraction error: poleax]

I have a script that translates all capital letters to lowercase, as well as 
square brackets to curly brackets and the other characters including dot 7 
to exclude that dot. This way I can display grade 2 contracted files without 
having to switch to 6-dot braille and out of it every time I go to different 
consoles.
