[BRLTTY] Speech

Hi people,
I am new on this list, and I have just installed Fedora 4 and (not with) 
brltty. I'm using my BrailleNote as a braille display, but I would like to 
get speech working too.

How do I do that please? The command:
brltty -b bn -s fv
only makes festival say "brltty 3.2", although braille does work. How can I 
get constant speech please?
