Did you know about the two flags that it accepts, i.e. BRL_FLG_LINE_TOLEFT and
BRL_FLG_LINE_SCALED? BRL_FLG_LINE_TOLEFT moves to the left end of the selected
line. BRL_FLG_LINE_SCALED makes the routing keys like a scroll bar.

What about adding a third flag, e.g. BRL_FLG_LINE_BOTTOM, which would do what
you're looking for?
