[BRLTTY] Does the rhmkiso script work for anyone at all?

Well ... that's what I've finally decided to do. Revision 2152 now uses mknod. 
I wonder if MAKEDEV is a portable package, and this is another case of older vs
newer versions. Whatever it is, rhmkiso should now work even better on non-FC
distributions.

Perhaps we should now have a further look at it to see if it can be generalized
to support other isolinux-based installers.
