Ah, actually this package doesn't provide /usr/include/winsock.h and
/usr/include/sys/time.h. winsock.h is provided by w32api, and sys/time.h
is provided by mingw-runtime. What versions of thoses are you using ?
(latest w32api is 3.6 and latets minw-runtime is 3.9)
