[BRLTTY] brltty 3.8dev and usb errors

okay, I just compiled brltty from svn by leaving out the java bindings

Was asked last week to test the dev-version to see if these:
usb 2-1: usbfs: usb_submit_urb returned -22
woubd be gone.

anwser to that is: no sorry.
