[BRLTTY] Probable contraction error: Lucknow

Hi folks,

According to dictionary.com, the syllabification of Lucknow is luck-now. 
This being the case, using the know sign would be wrong since it crosses a 
syllable boundary. I can't find any examples of this word in my Web-Braille 
collection, though, so it's just my word against anybody else's.

I would suspect it should use the o-w sign instead of the k-n-o-w.
