[BRLTTY] Refreshing problems?

Hello all,

I feel it necessary to first apalogize for my extended absense and my
returning to this thread. I've been taking on an impossible work-load
lately, and am finally catching a breather. I sincerely apalogize for any
sense of me being inconsiderate, as I truly appreciate the help and
support of each and every one of you.

The last step I've taken was applying the flow-control patch. After
applying it, I did not get any braille messages. It was suggested that I
try packet tracing... Should I do this with brltty or on Windows with it's
commercial driver and Window-Eyes?

Best regards,
-Mark
