For the flow control part, it looks like what is important is this:

17      0.00198936      bdisplay.exe    IOCTL_SERIAL_SET_RTS    VCP0    SUCCESS
18      0.00296937      bdisplay.exe    IOCTL_SERIAL_SET_DTR    VCP0    SUCCESS

which asserts both RTS and DTR, and this:

21      0.00297217      bdisplay.exe    IOCTL_SERIAL_SET_HANDFLOW       VCP0    SUCCESS Shake:1 Replace:80000040 XonLimit:20 XoffLimit:20 

which also asserts DTR (Shake is 1) and RTS (Replace is 0x40). So, it
doesn't look like there is any hardware flow control.
