[BRLTTY] Refreshing problems?

Lee,

Seeing as though the problem does not exist when using Window-Eyes, I blieve
it safe to rule out bad pins. Along with this, I've also tried with serial,
with the same result. The problem only occurs when using BrlTTy.

Best regards,
-Mark

I suppose it's too obvious to ask whether all the pins on the cable are
connected. It's been quite a number of years since straight through cables
were missing a few pins or wires connecting them. Still, trying a different
cable never hurts.
