For anybody else who is thinking of downloading grml 0.9 for use with BRLTTY
(http://www.grml.org/), I can report that it worked successfully on my laptop.

I booted the system from the CD, typed
grml blind
after the CD stopped spinning (i.e., at the boot prompt), and grml was loaded,
with BRLTTY being activated during the boot process.

Grml also supports the brltty= parameter, but you probably won't need it if
your braille display is connected via a USB interface.
