[BRLTTY] No braille support for Orca in Feisty

Hi,

Mar 25 09:25:30 ubuntu brltty[5892]: USB bulk transfer error 16: Device
or resource busy.

This is probably the "error", and this seems harmless since you say that
it works fine in the console.

Since this is really feisty-related, you should probably report a bug
against brltty on bugs.ubuntu.com saying something like "orca doesn't
work when brltty is automatically started from udev" and detailing
everything we discussed here.
