[BRLTTY] brltty, cygwin and windoweyes

Hello!

In Jaws, you have a setting in the Default.jcf file called
'DosScreenReader'. You can set it to 0, 1, 2 or 3, which is like you
have a dos screen reader other than Jaws for speech, braille or both,
when you are in a dos box. Setting this to 3, is fine. And with the
release patch you provided, Samuel, you can easily switch to/from
other programs, with Jaws and Window-Eyes, as long as I've tried it so
far.
