[BRLTTY] Disable sounds

Hello everyone, 

I'd like to know how can I disable the sounds that I hear while surfing the
screen with display braille?
Is it possible to disable them from the brltty.conf?
in the end, I'm sorry maybe this is a bit Off-topic, but I'd like to know
even how can I disable the sounds
that I have when I'm using the bash?
for example the sounds that I hear when I reach  the end of one line.
