[BRLTTY] Papenmeier Braillex EL80-S

Hello,

a friend of mine had connected its Papenmeier Braillex EL80-S to the 
Ubuntu pc of its wife,
but we both doesn't know how to navigate with the normal up and down keys
of its display under the console mode.

I personally use an Alva ABT3XX, so I know that I can use up down home
cur.
Is the up/down bar from the Papenmeier disabled by default or so for the
console under Ubuntu? does he have to activate that navigation feature since
its different under Orca?

BTW my Alva is currently in reparation, does there are people here who are
very satisfied from the Papenmeier EL80-S aso? It's not excluded I choose
such one for my next display.
