Not all drivers implement those as they really aren't all that useful for 
braille displays which only have one text line. On one-line displays they go 
up/down five lines wehreas on mluti-line displays they go up.down by however 
many lines the display has. I'm sorry but I don't recall at the moment which 
type of display you're using.

I don't believe there's any such thing as a stupid question. A person isn't 
stupid just because he doesn't know something, and asking for information, 
clarification, or whatever is the wise thing to do.
