Okay, your three tables have been committed. All three names now have the 
zh_TW- prefix, e.g. "big5.ctb" has been renamed to "zh_TW-big5.ctb". Please let 
me know if this is okay.

For consistency, what do en-us-g2 users think of renaming that one to en_US-g2?
