[BRLTTY] brltty + varioconnect 40

any hints are very very welcome.
I obtained the unit last week and would like some usage tips with brltty.
rpesicely on the key-usage.

I did find the baum-helpfile but I'm not sure on the key naming scheme 
used for it in brltty.
The varioconnect manual has a naming convention of its own so it seems.
