[BRLTTY] Feature request: Binding the display to the system caret.

Hi,
is it possible to implement a feature where the user can bind the
braille display to the movement of the system caret?
This seems to be useful when reading long text, so that there is no need
to press page-down and reset the display to the first line in order to
continue reading.
Perhaps it exists and I've missed it? In this case: Can someone point
out what to do to activate it?
