Yes, it does. I can tell that from the USB descriptors he sent me.

While that approach often works, it's not as good for at least two reasons. One 
is that it's harder for brltty to autodetect the display that way. The other 
is that the device name isn't always ttyUSB0, especially if you have more than 
one USB->Serial device connected.

They mean that brltty doesn't yet know how to recognize the USB device. That's 
just a matter of getting a table right, though.
