[BRLTTY] Humanware Brailliant 40 drivers

Hi Samuel and all,
I got everything working now but not wiht BRLTTY!
I didn't think about it until now but I changed the protocol to pb and I could then use my old DOS drivers for my powerbraille with the display. But will try BRLTTY as well!
