[BRLTTY] Humanware Brailliant 40 drivers

Several months ago I ran the CombiBraille on the brltty DOS version then 
available. It runs at 38400. It wasn't pure DOS though, it was the DOS box 
under Windows XP. Does that make a difference in maximum speed?
