[BRLTTY] Problem with brltty 3.9 on debian testing

So, I have no other idea of what causes the problem
It's not a hardware parameter since before installing Debian on this
laptop I installed ubuntu and brltty (version 3.7.2worked perfectly with
the ubuntu kernel.
