[BRLTTY] First_Braille_DEvice undeclared

Hi all,

i just updated brltty.
with my ordinary config file, the built gives an error in serial.c

in config.log i read:
checking for first-braille-device: cuaU0
(good catch).

in config.h i reverted usb: to serial:
perhaps not necessary at all?

the gmake gives:
...
cd Programs && gmake all
