Hi,
But is there a very high probability of damaging the display if I try to
disassemble it?
Is it hard to do it?
I ask this because probably they take some time to send the display to the
factory and clean it and I thought:
maybe it was an easy operation that someone could make with some care.
And.. maybe I'll have to pay a lot for it, lol (the display was not on
warranty time).
Thanks
Best regards

I would strongly recommend sending it to someone who is in the business of
servicing braille displays, and who has a reputation for doing reliable
work.
You could start by contacting Alva or the Alva distributor in your country.
