[BRLTTY] Notes on alva delphi displays

Note that:
1 - Probably if some dots are not coming totally up there may be also phisical 
problems (7 years are enough for a display)
2 - I have the opposite problem - some dots are not going totally down, I 
should read a line multiple time to understand what's on it. AND MY DISPLAY IS 
CLEAN NOW...

I hate having problems to my braille display.
