I don't have a Viavoice startup option too, and the reason is that I've
not installed Viavoice. However I've installed flite, and I don't see
Flite, neither as a startup nor as a configuration option.
Not so important since I do use Speech-dispatcher for sppeech support,
but just asked for curiosity?
