[BRLTTY] OT LaTeX Companion, Addison-Wesley

Dear all,

Has somebody ever tried to obtain the LaTeX surces of the well known
LaTeX Companion ? If so, could you please explain how you did to obtain
the sources ?
Also, the book is published by Addison-Wesley. Does anybody have an idea
of this publisher's policy with respect to providing digital versions of
their publications to printed-disabled persons ?
