While we're discussing the init scripts, would it be possible to include
sample init scripts in the BRLTTY release?

If I want to run the latest svn on Debian, I have to install the Debian
package to get the init script, or write my own, unless I've overlooked a
script file somewhere in the BRLTTY repository.
