Assuming vtsp is a typo and should be written vstp, its man page exists.
For the moment, it is in BrailleDrivers/VisioBraille/vstp.1.
It may be moved from there to Documents/

Also, xbrlapi's ma page already exists in Documents/xbrlapi.1
