[BRLTTY] Brltty for Windows and reading of non-focused window

Hello,

I want to ask if there is a possibility to read in DOS focusif there is not 
a focus on it(the window is minimalized or hidden) , i.e. if the Brltty 
could somehow to display when the focus is on another window.
Let'š say some application I work with according to a manual read on 
display.
Or even if it is possible in X-wndows.
