I forgot to say, no extra serial port is shown in device manager. Also
it probably wouldn't emulate a serial port if the device actually has a
physical serial port.

I was hoping that there may be a way to find out the functions in the
DLL, that's me being spoilt by languages like python which allow finding
this stuff out and can include documentation. Agreed it is off topic, so
I will leave this bit here.
