Hello,

At last we found the issue with the BrailleLite device: RTS/DTR lines
were not getting properly initialized.  I've thus uploaded a 3.10-6
version to

That also includes a fix for the seika devices and other TSI emulators,
for which brltty will not use partial writes any more.
