[BRLTTY] Configurable status cells.

Thanks in large part to Mario's thoughtful ideas, BRLTTY now supports 
configurable status cells. Instead of the former hard-coded and poorly named 
status styles, you can now tell BRLTTY what you actually want your status cells 
to tell you and in what order those items should be presented. Also, if your 
display has no status cells then you can now reserve some of its text cells for 
that purpose. Please give it a try and provide feedback.
