[BRLTTY] key echo in SD output not speaking

I can confirm that brltty doesn't echo the keys as well... I never got
this issue solved, so I now use speakup for speech and brltty for
braille... In my case it says symbol 0 for each key...
[I'm using speech-dispatcher as well for my speech driver]
