[BRLTTY] Cut from BrlAPI clients

Hi.

At times, it would be convenient to just use our great
Cut&paste feature to copy text from X11 (Orca) to a text
console.  It almost works, since cut is not claimed by Orca (yet).
But if I paste the text anywhere, brltty actually pastes "screen not
in text mode".  I.e., it pastes its internal representation of
that console, not what a BrlAPI client was currently displaying.
Can we fix this?
