[BRLTTY] BRLTTY and Braillex El 80 2D display

Hi Dave,

Here is the log I obtain with the following command:
brltty -ldebug -Bdebugreads=yes,debugwrites=yes 2>debug.log

At first sight, it does not look different from the previous one I got.
Once brltty is started with these parameters, I don't know how to stop it 
and my system gets almost frozen. In particular I cannot restart Jaws or 
NVDA to see what's going on, I need to restart the system.
